Part-time Graphic Designer (ranked at IT Technician) (>1 post) in the Centre for Advancement of Chinese Language Education and Research (CACLER) within the Faculty of Education (Ref.: CFC-20181006) (to commence as soon as possible, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a recognized Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Multi-media Design or Information Technology or equivalent, with 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience; good knowledge of graphic design on multi-media learning materials and resources; familiarity with multi-media software (e.g. VideoStudio Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc.) and MS Office applications. They should also be self-motivated, have a strong sense of responsibility, and be able to work independently and in a team. Those with more qualifications/experiences may be considered for the post of IT Officer.
The appointee will assist the Project Leader to produce multi-media (audio or visual) materials that could magnify the effectiveness of learning and teaching; develop learning and teaching materials, especially in graphic design and packaging.
