Part-time Research Consultant (ranked at Associate Professor)

in the Centre for Advancement of Chinese Language Education and Research (CACLER) within the Faculty of Education

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in language education or equivalent, with proven capacity and solid experience in teaching and learning of Chinese for local ethnic minorities students, and a track record of high-quality research in the field of Chinese language education as L1/L2 and related areas.  The appointee will play a consultant role for the Principal Investigator in leading the development of a research project on supporting the Learning and Teaching of Chinese Language for Non-Chinese Speaking Students in local schools settings and contributing to the enhancement and development of the research studies within the Project.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered.
